While SAT Airport does not have a designated Special Needs sensory room, a lactation room (which may offer a quiet, low sensory area, if applicable for an individual’s circumstances) is located in the Terminal A ticket lobby near the restrooms or post security at Gate A-16, and also in the Terminal B food court.
