Akron-Canton Airport has a Sensory Room (pictured below) that is located next to G5 and contains various types of seating, among other resources.[1]
A ball machine from Akron Children’s Hospital has also been installed within the airport.[2] The machine is started with a button a child can push. Interpretations may differ as to whether the sound and setup make the ball machine are specifically a relevant resource for someone on the spectrum.
